Strongest Typhoon of the year hits Japan

Yesterday (September 4th), Shikoku and Kansai regions of Japan was hit by the 21st typhoon of the season, the strongest so far this year. Especially, Kobe and Osaka have suffered harder, making this typhoon the biggest for them in the last 25 years. According to official figures, 11 people have died, and a huge damage was done to the local economy in the aftermath of this disaster. Autobidnet, as an exporter of the used automobiles, was much concerned about the situation around the vehicles yards in those cities, where we keep part of our pre-export cars. Fortunately, our cars we not touched by the typhoon. We make our dear customers sure and calm that not a single of our vehicles got a damage. There are no worries about it.

In the meanwhile, more than 100 vehicles got inflamed in one of auctions' car storage space that was located not far from the port area. The flooding has caused a short circuit fault of a vehicle, leaving it in flame, which has quickly expanded to the other surrounding vehicles. The was another case, in Rokko Island port of Kobe unknown number of vehicles also got severely damaged in the aftermath of typhoon, though no inflammation was reported.
